Digital Products – No Physical Return

All products sold at Mama & Mini Essentials are digital downloads. Because files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final.

When We Will Refund

• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
• The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we’re unable to provide a working replacement.
• You contacted us within 7 days of purchase and have not yet downloaded the file.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us with your order number, email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
